Satterfield Puts Washam’s Military Children In Danger With Dishonest Reporting

In her obsessive quest to discredit Knoxville Police Investigator, Michael Washam, Knoxville News Sentinel distorter, Jamie Satterfield went on a week long tirade in her column with no regards for the consequences or the safety of her victims or their families.

In a sickeningly obvious pro-defense move, Satterfield dug up decades old information on Washam, spectacularly sensationalizing and distorting the information.  In one article where she is attacking Washam, she goes so far as to include his wife’s history and her pre-married name which is also the last name of her children – one an active duty member of the United States Navy and the other a civilian member of the Navy awaiting a medical waiver for enlistment. Both kids are stationed/assigned in the states.

518f67e0_s3d84pfjcx2ydprwzou0.xxxlargeIn march, DOD officials warned military families about posting sensitive and personal details on their social media or other sites after receiving a threat from ISIS that enlisted military and their families were being targeted by the group. Reports of ISIS members combing social media for military families are being investigated and families were cautioned to take care in what was shared on the Internet.

Satterfield’s psychotic obsession with Washam has created a safety issue for the whole family. A search of people in the town she lists in her article as Washam’s location  reveals only one family with the surname which unfortunately, leads to the officer.

Both of  Washam’s children have been contacted about the series of heinous articles Satterfield continues to publish and have expressed concern for their own safety as well as the safety of their parents. We’re awaiting word on how the military plans to deal with the safety of the kids as both live off base away from the 24/7 protection of military police.

warning

The consequences of Jamie Satterfield’s disgusting and unethical behavior continue to reverberate through the community and harm others. She has no regard for the danger she’s put the officers two children in who have nothing to do with the situation, but instead are BOTH voluntarily serving their country in our military.

Editors at the Knoxville News Sentinel have done nothing to stop Satterfield. Our members are reaching out to local businesses to share the ramifications of Satterfield’s actions on our police officers, their families and now precious members of our military.

Jamie Satterfield will be held accountable for any harm that comes to this family and hiding behind the newspaper isn’t going to save her. Not this time.

Coming Up: Sources say Satterfields late husband was arrested for drugs in his past and this is what fuels her rage against law enforcement. We’re working to validate these claims and will post what we find.

About Towanda

Towanda was inspired by the warrior woman, ass kicker, alter-ego of Idgie in the southern classic movie Fried Green Tomatoes. She’s a “take no prisoners” kind of gal who lets nothing get in her way. She stands up for what is right even if she’s standing alone. Towanda isn’t shy nor is she afraid to confront the predator politicians who exploit the ignorance and fears of her fellow countrymen and women, her mission is to present the facts, whether you like them or not, so that you can make INFORMED decisions about those you choose to represent your interests in the government both on a local and federal level. Towanda is a true Patriot. In real life, she loves to talk and write about politics in her local, east Tennessee community as well as the rest of the south. She’s on a mission to make the south a better place for everyone. When she’s not on the air talking or writing about politics, she loves to garden, read and take care of all of her critters. Towanda takes pride in her abilities as a gourmet chef and loves to bake and craft, but make no mistake, if you plan to debate her on politics, you’d better come armed with facts as she has no tolerance for conspiracy theories or hate fueled ignorance. Be sure to tune in and don’t be shy…call in and say hello!
